Appointments are valid for 30 days from our initial contact. Each consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes practical, personalised guidance tailored to your cat’s specific situation.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the session. Please ensure your cat has recently been examined by a veterinarian to rule out any medical causes before booking your consultation.
