Individual Services
Telephone advice for approximately 45 minutes. This is not a substitute for the comprehensive behavioural assessment. It's just for generic advice about the more basic issues, such as introducing a new cat into the house, moving house etc.
Fees for home consultations vary according to your location in London, and I would be happy to provide you with a quotation.
Email Consultation
Under certain circumstances, consultations can be conducted by email, although it might take a few emails back and forth for me to gather all the information required to provide appropriate advice for your situation. Any follow-ups involving a separate exchange of emails are charged. Again, this type of consultation is best suited to situations requiring more general advice.
Based on your issue, I will email you my proposed fee and package. A history-gathering call is scheduled prior to the first in-home consultation. A deposit is required within 48 hours after scheduling the history-gathering call and within 48 hours after scheduling the first in-home consultation. Payment of the balance for the package is due at the first in-home consultation.
In-Home Behaviour Package
This in-depth package is highly recommended for aggression cases, new cat introductions, and any complex cases. The most effective way of addressing behavioural issues is to personally meet, observe, and interact with the cat(s) in their own environment, where they are most comfortable. This allows me to more easily uncover factors that may be contributing to undesired behaviours and to develop a more practical behaviour plan. In-home behaviour consultations take approximately 90 minutes, sometimes longer and include the following:
- Two in-home sessions
- Personalised behaviour plan and recommendations
- 60 days of email follow-up
- 1 or 2 phone or Skype follow-up
Additional follow-up visits will incur an additional fee but are usually not needed.
Individual In-Home Behaviour Session
In-home behaviour consultations take approximately 90 minutes and include the following:
- Personalised behaviour plan and recommendations
- 30 days of email follow-up
- Additional follow-up visits – additional fee, but are rarely needed.
Virtual Behaviour Consultations
When it’s not possible to meet, observe, and interact with cat(s) in their own environment, a virtual consultation can be the next best thing! These sessions help uncover elements that may be contributing to undesired behaviours and allow me to develop a practical behaviour plan. Not all cases can be appropriately assessed or managed virtually. Virtual consultations are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Clients must have access to Skype, FaceTime, or WhatsApp. Virtual behaviour consultations take up to 90 minutes and include the following:
- Personalised behaviour plan and recommendations
- 30 days of email follow-up
- Additional follow-up sessions
- Additional Follow-Up Support Options
- Phone follow-up
- Email follow-up extension
Please Note: Rates are for ONE cat. For each additional cat in the home, Deposit & pre-consultation forms due within 72 hours of booking. Travel Fees may apply.
